This handcrafted hand rake is built for heavy duty garden work. Dig, turn and till soil with ease.
The six tines are hand forged from heavy duty steel; the teeth penetrate soil easily and do maximum disturbance.
The top of the shank is hammered square and inserted 3 inches deep into a long-ferruled hickory handle, then riveted so it will never come out. The shank has an offset to prevent scraping your knuckles when scooping.
Tools are coated in a rust-protective clear gloss enamel finish. Grinder marks and accent polishing are distinctive to each tool; expect variation in finishes and smaller variations in sizes, angles, and parts.
Hand forged in Portland, Oregon area.
