Returns & Exchanges

Returns of full-priced items are accepted for exchange or store credit only (within 14 days of online purchase, 30 days in store purchase). Items must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging they were purchased and received.

Gift Cards, sale items or perishable goods are non-returnable.

A receipt, purchasers name or other proof of purchase is required for returns.

Online Purchase Return:

Email info@jpgeneralshop.com for approval of online purchase returns for exchange or credit. Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of approval and include tracking service.

Item(s) must be returned to JP General unused and in the original packaging. Please pack items properly and insure for the original retail value. JP General is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping or packages lost in shipment. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless item is determined to be defective or damaged. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email confirmation of your credit.

If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@jpgeneralshop.com with a damage report and detailed photos. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
