The YakiYaki Grill Dosshiri makes every kitchen complete. Made of cast iron with detachable cast iron handle and cedar trivet, the YakiYaki is designed for grilling but can be used directly on the stove top.

The YakiYaki grill is made by artisans in Japan's renowned Oigen foundry that has produced ironware for 900 years. Made from 75% recycled material and cast in a fine grain sand, the ironware has a smooth and unblemished surface.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash with hot water, using sparingly if needed. Do not soak. Dry thoroughly, preferably on the stove top. Brush forming rust away with a brush and wash normally.
