Shinto Matcha No320 is matcha at its finest. Only the tender leaves of shaded tencha, rich in amino acids, are ground by traditional stone mills to yield this authentic matcha with tasting notes that are fruity, grassy and bittersweet.

Matcha, a finely ground organic Japanese green tea, was originally a ceremonial drink of Zen monks. Authentic matcha is still milled by artisans much as it was hundreds of years ago in Uji, the cradle of Japanese tea culture. Today it is winning over tea drinkers as one of the healthiest beverages on earth, yielding a rich source of anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals.
