Both beautiful and useful, our two-tone Large Shallow Bamboo Bowl in Matte is handcrafted in Vietnam using traditional techniques.
A simple band of color contrasts dramatically with the bowl’s natural bamboo finish - further enhanced with a high-quality matte finish lacquer that allows the beauty of the bamboo to come through.
Food safe and perfectly sized for serving salads, fruits, bread, pastries, and more, the bowl can also be used for liquids like soups and sauces. (However, liquids should not be stored in it for long periods of time.)
Care Instructions: If dropped, this lacquered, handcrafted item may crack due to impact, potentially compromising the bowl when used with liquids. Bamboo reacts to temperature fluctuations and extra arid climate; avoid storing near heating source, light, oven, or stove. The lacquer finish does not tolerate temperatures exceeding 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius).
Not for microwave or dishwasher. Hand wash.
